Machines formed of two distinct independent appliances (Hymach patent) to mow the grass without stopping, overcoming the guardrail supports, limit posts, road signs, trees and any other obstacles as the tractor moves forward: the first appliance cuts the road verges and has an automatic system to swerve round the obstacles, acting on the disc carrying arm and the conveyor arm, so that the cutting unit moves round the obstacle without ever lifting off the ground; the second appliance is set back with respect to the first, and is positioned so that it can cut beyond the guardrail, and has an automatic system to swerve round the support posts; it can be left on standby or angled to overcome any high obstacles it finds in its path.
Both appliances can work on different level slopes, as the angle is regulated independently for each cutting unit and the adjustment systems allow changing their distance from the main structure, to reduce the amount of space needed for the machine to pass, which is extremely important when working on narrow emergency slip-roads, and near to modern guardrails.
