CYCLONE is a vacuum-powered brush cutter and grass trimmer designed to be mounted on multipurpose trucks; it is ideal for simultaneously mowing and collecting plant debris and light waste along embankments, slopes, and roadside areas. This configuration allows the mowing arm maximum versatility of use, with direct discharge into the truck’s cargo bed or a towed trailer, making it suitable for mobile operations over long stretches, in areas that are environmentally or hydrogeologically sensitive, or subject to fire risk.
The CYCLONE boom mulcher is equipped with a two-jointed boom featuring a telescopic tip and a 95° hinge rotation, allowing it to operate on deep slopes or right up against the wheel while maintaining compactness and maneuverability.
It is available with an operating length of 6 to 10 meters, measured from the center of the vehicle to the front end.
Both the brush-cutting arm and the suction hose are telescopic, allowing for extended reach during operation or reduced bulk during transport.
The vacuum system is equipped with a high-efficiency turbine, designed to generate a powerful and continuous airflow capable of lifting and conveying, in real time, the shredded material, leaves, and light debris on the ground.
The material is conveyed through a flexible, steerable hose with a diameter of 400 mm, which ensures a constant flow directly into the integrated collection bin, guaranteeing efficiency even under particularly demanding operating conditions.
