New Trusty

Trusty, the HYMACH series of green area maintenance machines, to be attached to the rear of medium-sized tractors, has a new look but keeps its characteristics of efficiency unaltered. The series includes models with a 6- and 7-metre arm, equipped with a telescopic terminal. It includes high-yield gear pumps, hydraulic valve with lever controls, heat exchanger and head with 120 cm effective cut. In this sense it is already an excellent production machine for farms, municipalities and contractors. The coupling to the tractor is the 3-point hitch on the tractor lifting arms, therefore attaching/detaching are particularly quick allowing full freedom of use of the tractor. Like the previous version it is offered in three configurations: Standard, Visual, and Flexor. The Visual provides for the rotation of the arm forward to bring the tool closer to the operator’s field of view to facilitate the control of the head at work and the horizontal rotation of the head to adjust its alignment with respect to the arm, the Flexor has a pantograph articulation system that allows the tool to be positioned in any alignment from the lowest point to the highest point keeping it on the perpendicular of the flush-to the-wheel mechanism without moving laterally on the track.

The new line has also been designed to better protect the components of the system as well as improving the balance of the entire machine.
This new version can also install different types of heads in addition to the flail mower, such as hedgecutters, haymaking bars, slope mowers and ditch cleaners, and can be set up with optional systems to make the functions even more efficient and to design the machine most suitable for their work needs such as: piston pumps and motors, closed or open circuit; electrohydraulic valves with functions controlled by single-lever joysticks, which increase the manageability and sensitivity of the controls, to be chosen from different types according to the functionality you want to obtain; the floating system that makes the entire work apparatus (arm and head) actually float with constant adaptation to the ground, a device that allows, once the head is positioned in working set-up and the system is inserted directly from the control panel of the machine, to no longer have to control it as it self-adjusts to the humps and troughs of the ground, maintaining a truly constant cutting height and thus obtaining a uniform cut, greater productivity and less stress for the operator.
