COVID-19 – The Hymach company is operating in compliance with the regulations of the ministerial decree.
Following the development of the spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19, we inform our customers that we are operating in compliance with the regulations and dispositions issued by the Italian Government.
Our top priority is the safety and protection of people.
In order to continue carrying out our work, we have adopted all the safety systems necessary for the protection of our workers and visitors
Spare parts: For the purchase of spare parts, we invite our Customers to favor shipping by an express courier, which will be communicated by email.
Suppliers: All contacts with suppliers take place mainly via remote channels. Only in the event of a real need and/or urgency will meetings be arranged by appointment and they will be in strict compliance with the procedures described under the “Appointments” section.
Couriers: The methods that couriers are to use while loading and unloading are indicated at the entrance gates and they comply with what is indicated in the Common Safety Protocol.
Visitors: access to the premises will be possible in case of need and with safety measures established to avoid contagion from cross-contamination.
In any case, to access our premises you must:
- have a body temperature below 37.5
- have no flu symptoms of any kind or any attributable to Covid-19
- not have come into contact with infected people
- not be coming from high-risk areas indicated by the Ministry and by the Public Health Authorities
- wear a mask and sanitize your hands (or wear gloves)
- respect personal safety distances
In this new Phase 2 it will be essential to follow the anti-contagion rules to the letter and respect the principles of social distancing and of the protection of your respiratory tract with appropriate masks.
