JUICE FLEXOR is a rear-mounted hydraulic brush cutter, a brush-cutting and grass-trimming machine equipped with an interchangeable rotor mulching head, designed for professional mowing in vineyards, terraced orchards, narrow rows, and roadside areas with vertical obstacles.
This arm-type mulcher stands out for its use of the FLEXOR dual-jointed constrained geometry, a kinematic solution that keeps the cutting head constantly perpendicular to the wheel track throughout the entire working range. This feature allows the mowing arm to operate effectively from the lowest to the highest point of the work area without requiring the tractor to move sideways, ensuring cutting precision, operational continuity, and greater safety during maneuvers—all hallmarks of Hymach brush cutters.
JUICE FLEXOR is equipped with a three-segment articulated boom with a telescopic end section, connected to the machine unit via a hinge that allows for rotation up to 95 °. The unique constrained geometry of the FLEXOR system allows it to continuously follow the contour of the ground and clear overhead obstacles—such as rows of plants, signs, or structures—while keeping the head in a constant vertical position and ensuring precise operation even when working close to the vehicle.
The boom-type mulcher operates consistently flush with the wheel, adjusting the boom’s extension in depth or height depending on the terrain, and maintains high operational efficiency even on narrow roadways.
The compact design and controlled kinematics of the brush-cutting arm make the JUICE FLEXOR particularly well-suited for use with orchard tractors and compact tractors, making it effective in environments with narrow roads, very narrow roads, and limited workspaces—all typical of specialized, hilly, or urban agricultural areas.
JUICE FLEXOR is available with an arm extension of up to 5.3 meters, measured from the PTO connection to the end of the boom.
